Movies Galore

Apryl and I watched 2 movies today haha! Trip lang. It was just our way of taking a break from work. We watched the magical Harrry Potter and The Legend of Zoro. We even bought a newspaper to check where The Legend of Zoro is still being shown. Luckily, Waltermart still has it. Both movies were good in their own ways. And oh, Papa Antonio Banderas aka Zoro is so gwapo! Hahaha!

Apryl also gave me a test on discipline haha. I told her that for the past movie trips I had with my officemates, I always end up buying VCDs. So she suggested that we drop by Astro Vision and see if I end up buying a VCD or two again. Well, I almost did actually hehehe. But I was not so convinced that I should buy it so I returned it to the rack. Besides, Anne wasn’t there to suggest any good movies hehe and I still haven’t watched the VCDs I bought last time. So…congratulations to me! Mwehehehe

Master’s degree

Here I go again. Nabuhay na naman interest ko sa masteral. I think I should start to think about this seriously. It will mean money, time and energy so I have to really make sure that I want to do it. I have texted my Auntie Gina and my friend Jen and they both said it’s a good idea. That’s what some of my colleagues say too. Two years ago, I also planned to take up masteral but then it never materialized. Funny but my main reasons that time were I’d like to become a student again and so that I could march again :). Hay sus! But then, let’s see. I’ll really think about it.

Your House

Since I am currently connected to the net, and since I was not able to search for the lyrics of this song in the office because I am overloaded with work, I might as well do it now. So here goes…

Your House
Alanis Morissette

I went to your house
Walked up the stairs
I opened your door without ringing the bell
I walked down the hall
Into your room
Where I could smell you
And I shouldn't be here, without permission
I shouldn't be here

Would you forgive me love
If I danced in your shower
Would you forgive me love
If I laid in your bed
Would you forgive me love
If I stay all afternoon

I took off my clothes
Put on your robe
I went through your drawers
And found your cologne
I went down to the den
I found your cd's
And I played your Joni
And I shouldn't stay long, you might be home soon
I shouldn't stay long

Would you forgive me love
If I danced in your shower
Would you forgive me love
If I laid in your bed
Would you forgive me love
If I stay all afternoon

I burned your incense
I ran a bath
And I noticed a letter that sat on your desk
It said "Hello love, I love you so love, meet me at midnight"
And no, it wasn't my writing
I'd better go soon
It wasn't my writing

So forgive me love
If I cry in your shower
So forgive me love
For the salt in your bed
So forgive me love
If I cry all afternoon

Hola!

I was able to learn a little Spanish today, courtesy of my colleague Francis :). Here are some of the things I remember (I’m not sure of the spelling though): Tengo solo problemo, senior (I have one problem sir), Hola (pronounced ola, which means hello), gato de dumiendo (sleeping cat), gracias (thank you). It’s interesting and I am inspired to at least learn one foreign language. Maybe I should be including this in my goals list :).

Finally!

I finally decided to publish some of my journals in the Internet. It's not that much and it's somewhat personal but then I just want to try this blog thing. So here goes some of the previous entries in my journal.

Samu't-sari

Part 2 of the long break is almost over…almost but not yet hehe. Anyway, I think I was able to do most of what’s in my itinerary during these breaks. Productive kahit paano.

I talked to my sister Judy today and she was borrowing money. She has UTI daw. I don’t know what caused it. I also encouraged her to continue her studies. I am willing to provide for her tuition but then she should really think about it first if she really wanted to. Time and money will be wasted if in the end, it’s not what she likes after all. I just really hope she will see education as important so she would have more edge and will be able to apply for jobs.

I also talked with Auntie Gina about stuff. We had a really good laugh about the joke I sent her hahaha. Oh I can’t put it here. It’s a green joke :). I shared to her my little knowledge about investing money. It was good to know that she’s also interested. I wish I can also share this with my family. Hopefully too, by next year, I can start investing some of my bonus in one of those investment opportunities. Hay…sana!

Tita feels like going out today but I had to pass coz I’m on tipid mode hehe. Actually, I really am. What with the upcoming holidays, I have to save enough. Well, there’s the bonus but I don’t really like to spend that if I can avoid it. And besides, I’m saving for my PDA! Yehey!!!
